Pengwern Estates and Pengwern Land were retained by a national house builder to source immediate and strategic housing sites in a specific Warwickshire District.
The search identified sites capable of promotion for sustainable and deliverable development.
Pengwern then established the land ownerships, contacted owners and agents to ensure that the owners were interested in a sale, negotiated financial offers, compiled and negotiated Heads of Terms and then followed the legal process through to completion.
The search resulted in the house builder acquiring nine options, three conditional contracts and to date has resulted in planning being granted on over 650 plots.
